Allerac Cloud is a private AI automation platform that connects to your Instagram account via the Instagram Graph API to automate Direct Message responses using artificial intelligence. The service processes incoming messages and generates AI-powered replies on your behalf.
Allerac Cloud is currently in private beta. Access is limited and granted by invitation only. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Features and pricing are subject to change.
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and in compliance with Meta's Terms of Service and Community Standards to use Allerac Cloud.

Your use of Allerac is governed by and subject to Meta's Platform Policies and Instagram's Terms of Use. Allerac accesses your Instagram data exclusively through the official Instagram Graph API, using the following permissions: instagram_basic (read profile information), instagram_manage_messages (receive and reply to Direct Messages via webhook), and instagram_content_publish (publish posts on your behalf). You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of these features complies with Meta's platform policies and applicable regulations.
Our collection, storage, and use of your personal data — including your Instagram credentials and message data — is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Allerac, you consent to the data practices described therein.
Allerac Cloud is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the service. Scheduled or unscheduled downtime may occur.
Allerac, its name, logo, and software are the exclusive property of Allerac. You retain full ownership of all content you process through the service. Allerac does not claim any rights over your messages or AI-generated responses.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Allerac shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Allerac's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Allerac at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting privacy@allerac.ai.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
